Executive summary

Kitso Training and Development Services was established in 1996 to eradicate the mediocre attention provided to Adult Learning and Labour Development by providing AET and Life Skills training that is of the highest esteem, so our clients could enjoy a more dignified and productive life. Our management team is committed to achieving service excellence while our facilitators are commissioned to provide efficient programs to ensure our clients' results remain consistent.

We understand the importance of skilled labour and a quality workforce to the development of our stakeholders and remain focused on the bigger picture and an overall effect of our business process. Hence, our mission is informed by the immediate and long-term objectives of our direct and indirect stakeholders to provide for an environment of increased learning and productivity.

Over the last nineteen years, the company has earned its reputation as one of the leading AET (Adult Education and Training) providers in the country.

Based in Gauteng, Kitso enjoys a national footprint with a network of established associations in five other provinces, namely, Free State, Limpopo, North West, KwaZulu Natal and Mpumalanga

Kitso’s clients include SETAs (Sector Education Training Associations); governmental departments; and a number of manufacturing, engineering and food companies within the industrial sector.

For Kitso, enduring client relationships based on integrity, mutual respect, and personalised solutions are all-important. To this end, their track record speaks for itself with the majority of their current client list including relationships established shortly after the business began nineteen years ago. Referral has been their primary source of marketing.
